El Ladrillo is Spanish for "The Brick", and the excellent reputation of this fine restaurant is as solid as its name suggest. In 1975 Tata and Tato, the restaurants owners, opened for business with four tables in their hometown, Dorado. Today, El Ladrillo, with its brick walls, is frequented by guest from nearby Hyatt resorts, as well as locals who drive in from places like San Juan to enjoy the cuisine that has been perfected over the years.
