Archipielago is managed by an enterprising young chef from Ponce, ALEJANDRO JUAN VÉLEZ BLASINI. Alejandro is the son of renowned Ponceña painter and radio personality, Jeannette Blasini.
He is a graduate from Vermont’s New England Culinary Institute where he trained as a chef specializing in desserts and pastries. He worked as pastry chef for the prestigious hotel chain Ritz Carlton.
