Location Description
This house consists of two furnished and fully equipped apartments across the street from the best beach in Rincon. The house can be rented as a one family house or as separate units. We have a 14 x 28 swimming pool, lounge chairs, beach toys, barbeque grill and everything you could possibly need for a happy, care-free vacation. You won't need to bring too many clothes. Rincon is a casual place and Beachside Villas has a washer/dryer. Don't miss Rincon's most comfortable house. Read our guest comments and you'll be ready to pack a bag and come on down.

How To Get There
Exit airport. Stay on the right to Road #26 Oeste (west) – San Juan. Continue on #26 until Rt. #22 – Bayamon-Caguas – autopista (expressway) via Tunel Minillas. Go through the tunnel staying in the second lane from the right. Look for the sign that has the Parrot on it. The Parrot is the road insignia for the North and West Coasts. Remember to stay on Rt. 22 (expressway) all the way to the end. There are several tolls, but you can get change if necessary(except after midnight). Go to the lane marked with a “C” for “cambio” or “change”.
When the expressway ends you will bear to the left and exit onto RT.2 passing through several towns: Hatillo, Quebradillas, Isabela, Aguadilla, Aguada – and many stop lights. You are now about 22 miles from Rincon. You can exit Right onto #402 , which connects with #115 into Rincon or you can stay on #2 and exit Right directly on to #115.
Stay on #115 West . DO NOT TAKE THE FIRST SIGN #429 AT THE TOP OF THE HILL BY THE RESTAURANTS. Your exit is the SECOND #429 by the Sports Stadium and tennis courts. This is the access road to the intersection of Rd. #429. Turn left.
Take a right at the intersection. Count three speed bumps. Take the next left( Calle Poggio D’oletta ). Take a left at the end of the street. At the end of this street you will see a two story white house - CASA ISABEL. The yellow house with the wall around it is Rhea Maxwell's house. The two story white house after the yellow house is Beachside Villas.
