I have to say that the information here was the most complete that I found anywhere. I am definitely bookmarking this to come back and read later. |

Absolutely avoid this car rental. I was quoted a price of 20.00 per day for car rental plus 12.00 for insurance. When I actually paid for the car I was charged an additional 35.00 in various fees including a concession fee, Tire and windshield fee, etc. I returned the car after refilling it to 1/2 a tank. I was charged 8.75 for 1/8 of a tank of gas! Wondering how do you exactly measure 1/8 of a tank of gas? When I asked to speak to a manager about the outrageous fees, he accused my husgand of threatening him. I will never do business here again, and I encourage you to look for some other car rental unless of course you want to pay more in fees than what you pay for the rental itself. |
