My husband and I stayed at this location last year (April). Had a very difficult time finding the place, but the clerk was very nice and stayed on the phone w/us until we got there (thank God we had service!). The roads are scary, very narrow and high elevations. Upon our arrival, I was so upset that they upgraded to a spectacular room w/great views. The entrance is nothing to brag about, but once inside it's like a lush tropical forest. The place was clean but lacking in amenities. My husband and I were up late one night and were extremely thirsty. We went down to the lobby in search of a vending machine or something but there was nothing in sight. We drove into the sleepy town and nothing was open. My husband finally had to break into the bar for a bottle of water. Overall, the place was okay. |
