Experience the Serrall?s Castle
Right down the road from the Vig?a Cross you will find the Serrall?s Castle, an early 18th century mansion that was home to one of Ponce's richest families, the Serrall?s, which are known for producing one of the world's most famous rums, "Don Q". The mansion was acquired by the city and converted to a museum, where you will be able to see firsthand the architecture, d?cor and style of post-colonial Puerto Rico.Exploring these two locations will take you a good portion of the day, so make sure you pack lightly, wear comfortable shoes, and have fun.
