In Spring, of 2006, Panza Restaurant opened its doors in a restored 16th century building in Old San Juan, Puerto Rico. Panza is the result of the vision and efforts of the C Group Hotels team, which consists of passionate individuals who work tirelessly towards making Panza a unique gastronomic experience. How to Get There

Follow the highway until you reach the lagoon and continue past the Capitol Buildings. You will see the old fort on your right as you enter Old San Juan. Take a left at the main plaza and continue straight and swing around Teatro Colon. You will see the parking garage to your left (look for Banco Santender). Parking is available in this garage, so go up the ramp and take a ticket before you find a parking space (you will pay at the cashier's window on the main floor when you are ready to leave the garage. The Cervantes is right across the street from the garage.
