Air Flamenco was founded in 1998 by Ruben and Francisco (Paco) Torres. Their main objective was to provide the excellence service once provided by Flamenco Airways to Culebra and Vieques Islands. Flamenco Airways was founded in 1976 by Ruben Torres Senior and later directed by Noemi Gonzalez, father and mother of Ruben and Francisco. With the operations expansion Air Flamenco expanded its skilled personnel manpower. Air Flamenco with its highly qualified Federal Aviation Administration approved pilots, support and service personnel are distributed among three locations: San Juan Isla Grande Airport, Fajardo and the Island of Culebra. Management and Administrative personnel are located in the corporate offices in San Juan, Puerto Rico. The objective and commitment of Air Flamenco is to provide a safe and excellent service and to keep improving and expanding operations maintaining a very high QUALITY service.
