The signature fine dining Restaurant of the Hilton Ponce Golf and Casino Resort, has been recently renovated and turned into an eclectic venue with four different ambiances, where to enjoy local and international specialties, in a modern decor with the traditional excellent service that has awarded La Cava various culinary prizes. The local offers a nicely set-up salon, a semi-private dining room for up to 16 diners, known as the Celebration Room, a larger space available for private parties, corporate events and presentations, and the Cava Bar, with a modern and stylish decor.
