Hotel Bélgica is located in the center of the designated historic area of Ponce. The Hotel has the architectonic characteristics of colonial European neoclassic architecture; this style was developed at the end of the nineteenth century. Founded in 1872, the Hotel filled the demand for the many visitors to the city of Ponce.

Hotel Bélgica has recently been restored for the enjoy of the modern day tourist looking for the traditional beauty of the last century.
