Opened novemeber 18 1998 by Adolfo Rodriguez, the "Posada Familiar el Coquí" continues with Aibonito's long tradition of intimate hospitality that dates back to the 1930's. Originally named "La Posada de Don Fano", the house had in its origins 16 rooms and was located in the Ramón Flores street. Don Fano's Hotel closed its doors in the 1970's, but was later opened in the 1990's under a new administration but with the same tradition to offer great hospitality and service to its guests.
