The El Yunque rainforest inn is not your typical bed and breakfast. Each of our rentals is a complete villa with two bedrooms, living room, private porches & more. They're vacation rental homes.

The El Yunque rainforest inn offers three different accomodations. Two, the chalet and the villa, are part of the rainforestinn and include breakfast. Margarita's luxury villa is a very private vacation rental home and the larger groups staying there either prepare their own meals or arrange for a chef.

The RainforestInn is an eco-lodge. Ecotourism as the ideal state of Tourism that:
minimizes its own environmental impact.
funds environmental conservation.
funds local community projects.
increasesenvironmental & cultural knowledge and intercultural understanding.
Is affordable & open to all.
We have no air conditioning and save electricity and the burning of the fossil fuels that create it by using as little electricity as possible.
We have used re-cycled materials to repair the buildings for the inn.
We collect rainwater for drinking (it goes through a reverse osmosis) and bathing.
We have as little impact on the surrounding rainforest as possible -- leaving it untouched.
